Both BlackRock and JFS will have a 50:50 stake in the joint venture.

BlackRock Inc. is entering into a proposed 50:50 joint venture with Jio Financial Services Limited to undertake wealth management and broking businesses in India.

AZB & Partners is advising BlackRock Inc. on this JV.
