Rubicon Research Limited has raised ₹1,377.5 from an initial public offerring comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by General Atlantic Singapore RR Pte. Ltd., the promoter selling shareholder.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers i.e., Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited, on this IPO.
