AZB, Khaitan, Hogan Lovells act on Saatvik Green Energy ₹900 crore IPO

Saatvik Green Energy Limited has raised ₹900 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares, comprising both a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

AZB & Partners recently advised and represented Saatvik Green Energy on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Varoon Chandra (Senior Partner), Agnik Bhattacharyya (Senior Partner) and Associates, Tanaiy Tewari, Harsh Vardhan Singh, Damini Mathur, Shivani Singh, Vaibhav Kumar Shah and Vinayak Gupta.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Managers DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Ambit Private Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, on this IPO.
