Begur & Partners advised Hatti Foods and Beverages Private Limited and its promoters in securing Series A1 Investment from NAB Ventures Fund I through its investment manager NAB Ventures Limited.

The transaction team was led by Rajesh Begur (Founder &Managing Partner) with support from Tanushree Bose and Arya Choudhary (Associates).

​Hatti Kaapi, established in 2009 in Bengaluru, India, is renowned for its authentic filter coffee. Starting with a single outlet in Gandhi Bazaar, the brand has expanded to over 115 stores across nine cities. In 2021, Hatti Kaapi secured ₹10 crore in pre-Series A funding to increase its retail presence to over 200 outlets and enhance its product line, including the 'Six Seconds' instant coffee. By December 2024, the company aimed to open an additional 45 stores in Karnataka within eight months and planned to expand into major Indian cities and international markets like West Asia, London, and Malaysia.
