Begur & Partners assisted Five Rivers Portfolio Managers Private Limited in fund formation, documentation and its registration with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) for launch of its new scheme - Five Rivers Dividend Yield Fund (IFSC).

The Firm played a pivotal role in ensuring that the necessary documentation complied with IFSCA's stringent regulatory requirements.

The transaction was led by Rajesh Begur (Managing Partner & Founder), with assistance from Raman Kukreja (Associate) from the Firm's investment funds team.

The firm acts as the Investment Manager for funds registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), including the Five Rivers India Fund (IFSC) and its sub-schemes like the Five Rivers Dividend Yield Fund (IFSC). 

The International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City) is a dedicated global financial hub aimed at providing world-class infrastructure for financial services.
