Prakash Steelage Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement and other ancillary documents with Tubacex S.A. to sell its entire shareholding aggregating to 32.47% in the Joint Venture to Tubacex S.A.

The deal is valued at INR 3.44 billion.
