Bharucha, Mulla & Mulla act on Lubrizol and Grasim Industries partnership for India's largest CPVC resin plant

The project will be done in two phases, with the first phase of production expected to be operational in late-2022.

CPVC compound manufacturers Lubrizol Advanced Materials and Aditya Birla Group's flagship firm Grasim Industries have entered into a long-term arrangement to manufacture and supply Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) resin in India.

Bharucha & Partners acted for Grasim Industries and the team was led by Partner Alka Bharucha along with Managing Associate Swathi Girimaji and Associate Shefali Murthy.

Mulla & Mulla & Cragie Blunt & Caroe advised Lubrizol.
