PopReach Corporation has sold their subsidiary, PopReach Technologies Private Limited (PopReach India) to Phoenix Games Holdings UK Ltd.

The overall transaction, which also included the sale of substantially all of PopReach's mobile games portfolio, reached a total aggregate purchase price of up to $9.8 million.

Boolean Legal acted as Indian counsel for PopReach Corporation in this transaction.
