Marengo Asia Healthcare - the multi speciality hospital platform backed by Samara Capital, Havells Family Investment Office and Godrej Family Investment Office, has acquired W Pratiksha Hospital, Gurugram.

Burgeon Law advised W Pratiksha Hospital in this acquisition deal.

The Transaction team consisted of Roma Priya (Founder), Abhisshek Singlla (Associate Partner), Pranav Rao (Associate), Soumya Tantia (Associate) and Mishthi Seth (Associate).

The acquisition helps Marengo to scale up to 800 hospital beds in Delhi NCR with presence in Gurugram and Faridabad, which reinforces their commitment towards offering best medical facilities and treatments to the patients of Delhi NCR and its nearby areas.
