Burgeon Law advises Rusk Media in its Series A funding round

The round raised over US $9.5 million

Rusk Media, an Indian digital entertainment company aimed at GenZ audiences, has raised over $ 9.5 Million in a Series A funding round.

DAOL Investment, a Korean-based venture capital firm and Audacity Venture Capital led this round. This round also saw participation from existing investors such as InfoEdge Ventures, Mistry Ventures, and Survam Partners.

Burgeon Law advised Rusk Media on the transaction.

The team of Burgeon Law was led by Roma Priya (Founder) and consisted of Abhay Vohra (Partner), Puneet Bhatia (Principal Associate), Rajat Raghuram (Associate), and Rishabh Dasgupta (Associate).

The company intends to utilize the funds to further grow and expand its playground project (game-based entertainment series) globally and build a social gaming platform on top company's IP with the object of revolutionizing the gaming ecosystem.
