Srishti Hospitals and Research Centre has entered into a collaboration with Patton International Limited to set up and operate a new state-of-the-art multi-specialty hospital, equipped with most advanced medical technologies, in Tinsukia, Assam.

Burgeon Law advised and assisted Srishti Hospitals and Research Centre in the structuring of the transaction, along with the review, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documents.
