Hocco Foods Private Limited has raised $10 million from a Series B fundraise, co-led by the Chona Family Office and Sauce VC.

The funding was co-led by the Chona Family Office and Sauce VC, both of whom had also backed Hocco’s $12 million Series A round in 2024, which valued the company at ₹600 crore. The fresh capital will be used to double production capacity to 2.5 lakh litres per day by February 2026, strengthen cold-chain logistics, and expand into new markets including Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. Hocco, which launched commercially in October 2023, closed FY25 with ₹220 crore in revenue and is targeting ₹420–450 crore in FY26.
