CAM advises Healthcare Global Enterprises on ₹424 crore rights issue

Pursuant to the rights issue, equity shares of the Company commenced trading on BSE and NSE on April 1, 2026.

Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited, India's largest cancer care network, has made a rights issue of equity shares aggregating to approximately ₹424.6818 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Healthcare Global Enterprises, offering in-depth counsel on all significant aspects of the rights issue.

The transaction team was led by Yash J Ashar (Senior Partner), Reuben Chacko (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - South) and Abhyuday Bhotika (Partner), with support from Associates Surya Rajkumar, Bhaskar Kumar, Dhruv Sharma, and Megha Rajesh.

Anand Jayachandran (Partner), along with Astha Tambi (Principal Associate) and Arundhati Diljit (Associate) advised on certain arrangements in connection with participation of promoters in the right issue.

During the first quarter of 2025, CAM had advised KKR on acquiring a majority stake in Healthcare Global Enterprises.

Healthcare Global Enterprises primarily focuses on specialty healthcare in cancer and fertility. HCG Hospitals operates the largest cancer care network in India, comprising 21 cancer centers, 4 multispecialty centers, and 8 day care centers nationwide. HCG offers advanced diagnostic, treatment, including robotic surgery, and fertility services (via Milann) across India and Africa.
