Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited on the proposed sale of Indium and other minority sellers’ entire shareholding in Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited to PG Lotus Pte. Ltd., a portfolio company of Partners Group; and proposed issuance of equity shares to Partners Group and its affiliates.
This transaction was facilitated through a competitive bid process where CAM provided end-to-end legal and strategic support to True North Managers LLP. The transaction culminated in the signing of definitive agreements pursuant to which Partners Group will acquire a significant stake in the Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited.
