Amagi Media Labs Limited has raised ₹1,788.62 crore from an initial public offering, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares by the company and an offer for sale by Accel India VI (Mauritius) Ltd., Trudy Holdings, PI Opportunities Fund-I, PI Opportunities Fund-II and Norwest Venture Partners X-Mauritius.
