CAM, Trilegal act on Powerica ₹1,100 crore IPO

Powerica is an integrated power solutions provider specialising in diesel generator sets, medium speed large generators, and related services.

Powerica Limited has raised ₹1,100 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares which comprised a fresh issue aggregating to ₹700 crore and an offer for sale by promoter selling shareholders aggregating to ₹400 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Powerica and the promoter selling shareholders on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Yash J Ashar (Senior Partner), Ravi Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West), with support from Mansi Jhaveri (Principal Associate) and Associates Abishek Sankar, Arikta Shetty, Divyanshu Singh, Akshita Dhawan, Nikshetaa Jain and Pooja Rajawat.

Trilegal advised ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital Services, and Nuvama Wealth Management, the Book Running Lead Managers on this IPO.

The transaction is notable for its differentiated positioning, with Powerica operating across both conventional diesel-based power solutions and an integrated wind energy platform spanning IPP, EPC and O&M services.
