CAM, Trilegal, A&O Shearman act on Sify ₹3,700 crore proposed IPO

Sify is one of India's most comprehensive ICT service providers.

Sify Infinit Spaces Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹3,700 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating to ₹1,200 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Sify on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Ravi Dubey (Partner - Regional Co-head - Capital Markets - West), with support from Radhika Pandey (Principal Associate), and Associates Abishek Sankar , Anomitra Debnath, Divyanshu Singh, Nikshetaa Jain and Chinmay Jumde.

Trilegal is advising the Book Running Lead Managers, JM Financial, CLSA India, JP Morgan India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, and Morgan Stanley India, this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner), with support from Maitreya Rajurkar (Counsel), Sanya Chaudhari (Senior Associate, and Associates Siddhant Mishra, Arnab Goswami and Samruddhi Varma.

A&O Shearman is serving as the international legal counsel for the BRLMs.
