Avaada Electro Limited has filed a confidential pre-Draft Herring Red Prospectus with SEBI for approval for a initial public offering of equity shares.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Avaada Electro and its promoter selling shareholder Avaada Ventures Private Limited, with respect to this filing.
