Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) owned maternity and paediatrics hospital chain “Motherhood Hospitals” has acquired Bengaluru-based “Femiint Hospitals”.
Chandhiok & Mahajan acted for Femiint on the deal.
The transaction team was led by Kaushalya Venkataraman (Partner) along with Shivani (Associate).
Veritas Legal acted for Motherhood Hospitals.
The team from Veritas Legal was led by Somrita Chatterji (Partner) and Tushar Raut (Partner) along with Tanay Chopra (Senior Associate), Vritti Shah (Associate).
Femiint Hospital, located in Whitefield, provides comprehensive women and childcare services including in vitro fertilization (IVF) care. With this acquisition, Motherhood Hospitals would have a network of seven hospitals and two out-patient facilities in Bengaluru. Motherhood Hospitals has set up a chain of 18 hospitals across 8 cities in India, post the AHH investment in 2016.
