Citadel Law Chambers gets Tata Steel - Angul Energy merger sanction

The transaction was led by Citadel Law founder Ramya Hariharan

Citadel Law Chambers represented Tata Steel Limited before the National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai and its subsidiary Angul Energy Limited before the National Company Law Tribunal in Delhi in relation to the merger between the two companies.

The NCLT passed orders sanctioning the merger.

The transaction was led by Citadel Law founder Ramya Hariharan who was assisted by Associate Partner Dipti Srivastava, Principal Associate Asmita Rakhecha and Associate Soumyajit Saha.
