Qila Games has raised $1 million from a fundraise led by Chimera Capital, with participation from Visceral Capital and multiple other firms.

Clarence & Partners advised lead investor Chimera Capital as well as Visceral on their investment in Qila Games. The Firm acted as legal counsel to both investors, leading the negotiation and execution of the definitive agreements and advising on the transaction.

The transaction was led by Clarence Anthony (Founding Partner).

Founded in 2024, Qila Games is a hybrid-casual gaming studio building social, multiplayer-first experiences that are easy to pick up, fun to master.
