PlaySuper Software Solutions Private Limited has raised $1 million from a fundraise led by Chimera VC, with participation from Audacity VC, IAN Capital Fund, and Meta’s Dhruv Vohra.

Clarence & Partners advised lead investor Chimera VC on this transaction. The Firm advised on the full suite of definitive agreements and conducted comprehensive due diligence.

The transaction team was led by Clarence Anthony (Founder), with support from Varnika Sharma (Co-founding Partner), Neha Thakur (Associate Partner) and Nishi Singh (Associate).
