C&M had advised Indorama on acquiring 24.9% stake in EPL from Blackstone, earlier this year.

Chandhiok & Mahajan acted as the legal advisors for Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited and secured an approval from the Competition Commission of India in relation to IVL's acquisition of a minority stake in EPL Limited from Blackstone.
