CMS INDUSLAW acts on Cosmic ₹640 crore proposed IPO

Cosmic PV Power filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on 30 March 2026.

Cosmic PV Power Limited has proposed an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹540 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹100 crore by the promoters, Chanakya Opportunities Fund I, an investor selling shareholder, and other existing shareholders of the Company.

CMS INDUSLAW is advising Cosmic as well as the book running lead managers Systematix Corporate Services Limited and Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consists of Mathew Thomas (Partner), Anjanesh Vatsa (Senior Associate), Associates Kirti Gohil, Khushi Dua, Aishwarya Agarwal, Nikita Srivastava, Sahil Mehta and Sanjana Gupta.

Cosmic PV Power is a premium solar PV module manufacturer. The company operates two automatic robotic manufacturing facilities with a cumulative capacity of 3GW, located in Surat, Gujarat. Equipped with complete automation, advanced robotics, and auto bussing systems utilizing round ribbons, Cosmic delivers both standard and customized high-efficiency PV modules ranging from 510Wp to 630Wp.
