Demi-fine Fashion Private Limited, dba Palmonas, has raised $40 million from a Series B fundraise, led by Xponentia Capital and Vertex Growth Fund.

ThinkLaw advocates advised lead investor Xponentia Capital on this fundraise. The Firm provided comprehensive counsel, conducted legal due diligence on Palmonas, undertook drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of the transaction documents, and assisted in closing related matters.
The transaction team was led by Ankita Kashyap (Partner), with support from by Vivek Narang (Principal Associate), Siddhant Bhargava (Senior Associate), Awdhesh Pandey (Senior Associate), Associates Tanya Khandelwal, Adith Thottingal and Simran Lakra.
