CMS INDUSLAW advises Concord on stake acquisition in Fusion Electronics

The acquisition marks Concord’s strategic entry into the high-value electronic manufacturing sector.

Control Systems Limited has acquired a stake in Fusion Electronics Private Limited, a leading flex printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Concord on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Swathi Sreenath (Partner), Shreya Chaturvedi (Principal Associate) and Kaustubh Garg (Associate).

Concord is a listed manufacturer of electrical and electronic products for the railway industry.

Fusion is one of India’s largest manufacturers of flex PCBs, with an installed capacity of approximately 200,000 square metres annually, and caters to customers across the industrial, automotive and consumer electronics sectors.

The acquisition marks Concord’s strategic entry into the high-value electronic manufacturing sector and supports its broader plan to expand into the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) ecosystem.
