Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Advent International on the Indian legal aspects of its global acquisition of Sapiens International Corporation N.V.

Advent has entered into agreements to acquire a majority shareholding in Sapiens International, a global leader in intelligent SaaS-based software solutions for the insurance industry. Advent will also acquire Sapiens Technologies (1982) India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Sapiens International, as part of the transaction.

The CAM transaction was led by Vandana Sekhri (Partner) and Siddharth Vedula (Partner), with support from Associate Kabeer Jay and Kanishka Iyer.

Bishen Jeswant (Partner), with support from Rohini Dayalan (Senior Associate) and Rachita Shah (Associate), assisted in employment aspects of the transaction.
