Brookfield buys more properties in NCR: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan bag key roles

The sale of stake was made in exchange of preferential issuance of units of Brookfield REIT.

Global investment firm Brookfield Asset Management has acquired a 51 per cent stake in Bharti Enterprises’ four commercial properties.

The properties include Worldmark Aerocity (Delhi), Worldmark 65 and Airtel Center (Gurgaon) and Pavillion Mall (Ludhiana).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the Bharti group entities in this transaction.
