Desai & Diwanji, ELP act on SILA acquisition of Forbes Facility Services from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group

Real Estate platform Sila Solutions Private Limited (“Sila”) has acquired Forbes Facility Services from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in an all cash deal.

Desai & Diwanji advised BSE listed Forbes & Company Limited on the deal.

The team comprised Mumbai Partner Natasha Treasurywala, Associate Partner Shireen Langrana and Senior Associate Mansi Dua.

Economic Laws Practice represented Sila on the deal

The team was led by Partner Aakanksha Joshi and Associate Vinit Shah.

With this acquisition, SILA’s facilities managing services business will strengthen its presence in North India. The combined entity is expected to clock over Rs 600 crores in revenue this year. SILA has paid Rs 42 crore for this deal, reported ET.
