Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited has sanctioned financial assistance aggregating to ₹239.720 crore to group of 7 SPVs of Ampin Group.

Dhir & Dhir Associates advised Kotak on this financing deal.

The transaction team consisted of Guranpreet Singh Sarna (Partner), Shikha Singh (Associate Partner), Avlokita Kanwar (Principal Associate) and Kavya Jindal (Associate).

Ampin Group will use the funds for repayment of existing loans, and refinancing of unsecured loans towards the project aggregating to capacity of 97.21 MW DC situated in various states of India.
