SRL Limited, a subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited, has acquired the business of M/s Lifeline Laboratories for an undisclosed amount.
DSK Legal assisted and advised SRL Limited on all legal aspects of the transaction, including:
conducting legal due diligence of the Target;
transaction structuring, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive agreements for the acquisition of the business undertaking of the Target;
assisting in Closing of the transaction.
