DSK Legal, AZB, and foreign firms act on Captain Fresh acquiring Koral

The deal was executed simultaneously across Polish, Norwegian and Indian jurisdiction.

Infifresh Foods Private Limited operating under brand name ‘Captain Fresh’ and its overseas subsidiary Infifresh Foodtech AS (collectively “CF Group”) acquired 100% shareholding of Koral S.A. Poland from its shareholders, GRWC Holdings Limited and Futura Simul Fundacja Rodzinna in share swap deal.

DSK Legal acted as lead transaction counsel and advised and assisted CF Group.
