Infifresh Foods Private Limited operating under brand name ‘Captain Fresh’ and its overseas subsidiary Infifresh Foodtech AS (collectively “CF Group”) acquired 100% shareholding of Koral S.A. Poland from its shareholders, GRWC Holdings Limited and Futura Simul Fundacja Rodzinna in share swap deal.
