Terminal Investment Limited is investing $1.397 billion for the acquisition of 49% stake in Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited, the concessionaire for Vizhinjam Port, from Adani Ports and SEZ Limited.
The total consideration will be paid in two tranches: $539 million for the 49% stake in Adani Vizhimjam Port and $858 million upon completion of the Vizhinjam port's expansion by December 2028.
