Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Company has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to HK$8.26 billion (approximately US$1.06 billion), on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Dua Associates served as the Indian legal counsel to Lingyi iTech on this IPO. The Firm advised on matters relating to Indian law concerning Lingyi iTech’s Indian subsidiaries, including regulatory overview, risk factors, legal due diligence, and other relevant matters as part of the IPO process.
The transaction was led by Munish Sharma (Partner) and Sunil Malik (Senior Advisor), with support from Punish Arora (Partner), Seema Salwan (Principal Associate) and Anirudh Jaiswal (Associate).
