Dua Associates, Covington & Burling, Brown & Rudnick act on Pavion's acquisition of Netronix Integration

Pavion (formerly Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. "CTSI"), a leading provider of integrated solutions for fire, safety, security, and critical communications, has acquired Netronix Integration for an undisclosed amount.

Dua Associates advised Pavion on Indian law aspects of the transaction including conducting a due diligence on Netronix Integration India Private Limited and advising on transaction documentation, negotiation and closure of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Prateek Bedi (Partner), Sunil Malik (Senior Advisor), Rahul Goyal (Principal Associate), Nityashjit Kaur (Principal Associate), Varun Mathur (Senior Associate) and Rishika Aggarwal (Associate).

Covington & Burling LLP advised Pavion on US law aspects of the transaction.

Brown & Rudnick advised Retronix on US law aspects of the transaction.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen Pavion’s knowledge and service delivery in security technologies, such as access control, video surveillance, and intercom systems.

This is a significant transaction as it further expands Pavion’s footprint in security integration and builds upon its expertise and service delivery in security technology. Further, customers will be benefited as it enables Pavion to provide them faster and more efficient ways to protect and connect their people, data, and assets.
