Coursera Inc has made a downstream investment in Flive Consulting Private Limited, through its Indian subsidiary, Coursera India Private Limited.
Khaitan & Co advised Coursera in this investment deal. The firm's scope of work included advising Coursera Inc on transaction structure from an Indian law perspective, negotiation and finalization of transaction documents, including share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, employment agreement, etc. and advising on closing and post-closing related activities.
The transaction team consisted of Monika Srivastava (Partner), Sanchit Agarwal (Partner), Ranjini Gogoi (Principal Associate) and Prerna Kapur (Associate).
