India International Bullion Holding IFSC (IIBH) has acquired 100% stake in CDSL IFSC from Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

Economic Laws Practice assisted IIBH on the deal.

The team was led by Manendra Singh (Associate Partner), and included Tanvi Goyal (Principal Associate) and Aditi Ladha & Ambareen Khatri (Associates).
