Choice Hotels Asia Pacific has signed a 15 year master franchise agreement with Suba Group of Hotels in India. With effect from July 1, Choice Hotels in India will transition from a direct franchise market to a master franchise model.

Suba Group will now assume the responsibility for 58 Choice properties in the country.

Economic Laws Practice represented Choice Hotels India on the deal.

The transaction team was led by Aakanksha Joshi (Partner) along with Megha Agarwal (Associate Partner), Vinit Shah (Senior Associate) and Farhan Ali, Shenaya Ardeshir and Pranaav Gupta (Associates).

Rajani Associates acted for Hotel Suba Star Private Limited on the deal.

The transaction team was led by Purvi Kapadia (Partner) and Rashi Rajani (Associate).
