Masterbaker Marketing FZCO, a SwitzGroup entity, has acquired the controlling stake in a Mumbai-based company involved in the dessert and confectionery business.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Masterbaker on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Vinay Butani (Partner), Rudraksh Bhatt (Senior Associate) and Aditi Banthia (Associate).
