Birla Estates Private Limited has entered into a joint venture transaction with Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited to develop residential real estate in South Delhi.

The JV will develop real estate of 13 Lakh (approx.) square feet FSI and is estimated to generate top line revenue of upwards of ₹3,500 Crore.

Emerald Law Offices represents Birla Estates in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sachit Mathur (Managing Partner), Ajay Bhadu (Partner), Astha Singh Trehan (Partner), Yogendra Singh (Senior Associate) and Vaishnavi (Associate).
