Kaynes Technology India Limited has acquired 100% of the share capital in Iskraemeco India Private Limited.

Fox & Mandal advised and represented, Iskraemeco Holding Switzerland A.G., Iskraemeco Merjenje IN Upravljanje Energije, D.D (a Slovenian entity) and Iskraemeco India (Iskraemeco Group) on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Debanjan Mandal (Managing Partner), Arindam Sarkar (Partner), Anwesha Sinha (Senior Associate), Mainak Pal (Senior Associate) and Rangita Chowdhury (Associate).

Kaynes Technology provides end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) solutions enabled integrated electronics manufacturing, having capabilities across the entire spectrum of electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) services.

The Iskraemeco Group is engaged in the business of supply, installation, operations and maintenance of smart meters in India.
