Morphing Machines has raised approximately ₹23 crore ($2.76 million) in a seed funding round led by Speciale Invest.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Speciale Invest on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation. GLA also performed an extensive legal and regulatory due diligence on Morphing Machines.

The transaction team consisted of Amrut Joshi (Founder Partner), Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and Dia Shetty (Associate).
