Tomorrow Capital has made an investment of approximately ₹22.5 crore ($2.7 million) in VitusCare Medlife Pvt. Ltd.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Tomorrow Capital on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation. The Firm also performed an extensive legal and regulatory due diligence on VitusCare.
