Goyel & Goyal acts on AGNIT Semiconductors fundraise

AGNIT Semiconductors plans to use the fresh capital to scale production of Gallium Nitride (GaN) components to 100,000 units over the next two years.

AGNIT Semiconductors Private Limited has raised $2.6 million in a Seed Extension equity round led by Shastra VC, with participation from existing investors 3one4 Capital and Zephyr Peacock.

Goyel & Goyal advised lead investor Shastra VC on all aspects of this transaction, including drafting and negotiating the definitive agreements, and the legal due diligence.

The transaction was led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), with support from Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate), Associates Aparna Sivaram and Riya Kapoor.

Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate), and Associates Abhipriy Burman, Raghav Thareja, Sanjeevani Mehrotra and Stuti Vajpayi conducted due diligence.

AGNIT Semiconductors plans to use the fresh capital to scale production of Gallium Nitride (GaN) components to 100,000 units over the next two years. It will also expand into telecom infrastructure and high-efficiency power electronics.

AGNIT has raised $7.47 million to date and is now transitioning from pilot deployments to commercial manufacturing.
