Goyel & Goyal advises India Quotient on investment in Convin Series A fundraise

India Quotient was the lead investor in Convin's $6.5 million fundraise.

Convin has raised $6.5 million from a Series A fundraise led by India Quotient as well as other investors such as JSW Ventures, Titan Capital Winners Fund, Kalaari Capital, Sparrow Capital, and 9Unicorns.

Goyel & Goyal advised India Quotient on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Akshit Goyal (Partner), Shubham Agrawal (Senior Associate), Rishi Shah (Associate).

In addition to the transaction team, Associates Aishwarya Srivastava, and Shivantika S also assisted on the diligence.
