Goyel & Goyal assists The Hosteller on bagging ₹150 crore from a Series B fundraise

Branded hostel chain The Hosteller Hospitality Private Limited has raised ₹150 crore from a Series B fundraise led by PROMAFT Partners and V3 Ventures, with participation from ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Merisis Wealth Trust, and prominent family offices.

Goyel & Goyal advised The Hosteller on all aspects of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Akshit Goyal (Partner), Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate) and Associates Sanjeevani Mehrotra, Stuti Vajpayi and Raghav Thareja.

Founded in 2014 by Pranav Dangi, The Hosteller operates over 75 properties across 13 states and has hosted over 20 lakh unique travellers.
