Pratech Brands Private Limited, the parent company of Hyugalife, has raised $10.6 million (~₹100 crore) from a Series A fundraise led by IvyCap Ventures Fund III, with participation from First Bridge India Growth Fund.

Hyugalife is a Mumbai-based one stop e-commerce destination for health and wellness in India. The platform sources products directly from brands, eliminating third-party sellers.

The Company will be employing the new capital on enhancement of the platform's AI-driven personalization features, expansion its dark store network to enable quicker deliveries, and development of a physical retail presence.
