Mokobara Lifestyle Private Limited (Mokobara) has raised over ₹100 Crore from a Series B fundraise led by Peak XV Partners.

The round also saw participation from existing institutional investors, Sauce.VC and Saama Capital, and entry of Aditya Birla Ventures.

IC Universal Legal acted as the legal counsel for Mokobara, and its existing investors Sauce.vc and Saama in the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sambhav Ranka (Senior Partner), Abhishek Pai (Principal Associate), Abhinav Gupta (Associate) and Saket Pawar (Associate).

Founded by Sangeet Agarwal and Navin Parwal, Mokobara is a new-age luggage brand which has a robust pan-India online and offline presence, offering an array of products such as backpacks, suitcases and other travel accessories.
