Sudiva Spinners Private Limited has availed debt facility aggregating to ₹2.65 Billion from Canara Bank, Exim Bank and Indian Bank under multiple banking arrangements.

Imperial Law Offices acted as the borrower’s legal counsel to Sudiva Spinners in this deal. The firm’s role included reviewing and negotiating of the financing and security documents and drafting of ancillary documents for the Borrower.

The transaction team consisted of Amit Prakash (Partner) and Kumar Aditya Bhardwaj (Associate).

Sudiva Spinners has availed this debt for the purposes of brownfield expansion of their project unit located at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
