IndusLaw, JSA, Khaitan and SAM act on ShareChat's series H funding round

The round raised a total of US$ 255 million

Social Media Unicorn ShareChat has raised US$255 million in its series H funding round led by Google, Temasek, Times group and certain other existing investors.

IndusLaw advised and represented ShareChat on the deal, with a team consisting of Manish Gupta (Partner), Nikita Goyal (Partner) and Rashi Singh (Senior Associate).

J. Sagar Associates represented Google, with a team including Probir Roy Chowdhury (Partner), Yajas Setlur (Partner) and Pranavi Pera (Associate).

Temasek was represented by Khaitan & Co and their team included Radhika Agarwal (Partner) and Amulya Sharma (Senior Associate).

Times group was represented by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, with a team comprising Nikhil Sachdeva (Partner) and Mayank Malhotra (Senior Associate).

With this round, ShareChat has crossed the threshold of US$5 billion in its valuation.
